i hear what you're saying but what ALL AMERICANS black white and any other colour need to understand is to not automatically expect that other people, especially other whites to give a **** about YOUR countries history and to share your opinions, AND NOT TO APPLY IT TOO ALL CAUCASIAN PEOPLES, DOMESTIC AND ABROAD, CUZ IT DOESN"T APPLY TOO ALL.

That is my biggest problem and what causes my reactionary firm opposition to those opinions.

take me for example, i live in Canada and am mostly Ukrainian and 1/4 Slovak, so what the **** do i have to feel guilty or give a **** about in regards to the poor black man being oppressed in the U.S.? nothing and i'm apathetic so don't be shocked when you encounter it

whites aren't all the same and don't have the same histories, even in your own country, something like 90% of your slave owners were of British Ancestry, then i'm assuming also some German, French, ***s etc..

there is a youtube video of a lecture about the slave trade and this Prof. Tony Martin touches on ***ish involvement, in it he cites a study by a ***ish historian who did a study of the 1830 census and found that in the south approx 75% of ***ish families owned ****** where approx 36% of white families owned ******, so per capita twice as much yet i don't hear blacks frequently bitching about ***s.

Also Blacks don't have a monopoly on oppression
again referring to what i'm most familiar with
Ukraine was subjegated, oppressed, and encountered slavery in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, Austro-Hungarian Empire, Tsarist Russia, Soviet Russia, and along with those had to constantly fight against Mongols and Ottoman Turks along with those others

Likewise i'm not trying to petition the Austrian, Hungarian,Russian,Polish,Lithuanian,Mongolian, etc governments trying to get money cuz of the past and some (like myself) may view this approach as these people being whining, moaning, little *******. You won't recieve any undeserved sympathy or elevated position placing you to be more important than any other group from me. I don't give a **** so deal with it cuz you sure aren't going to change my opinion.

Just like you feel everybody shouldn't understand or care about America's ****ed up history. Here in America we look a people by colour not nationality. So whether you are actually slavok(sp),ukranian,russian or ***ish you are looked at as a white person. Just like majority of people don't try to differentiate from Puerto Rican, Mexican, Brazilian, Panamanian, etc. In America your colour defines you not your nationality.

White people as well as black people HAVE seen where racism leads before which is a pretty good reason to be intolerant of it now. Racism by one group of people just leads to racism from others, so people cant ***** about wanting equality and then expect to get away with MORE **** than other people thats not equality at all.

well that's a great point, part of what irks me, and exactly what i was speaking about....in the U.S. white is white etc..

Some Americans are ****ing ******, that was essentially the whole point, and yes while i have little exposure to people from central and south america i do realize that they are different and do differentiate between them even though they may have the same skin colour.
