    Top 5 for me

    He beat everyone he faced
He won the HW championship 3 times....only Holyfield has won it more
He defended it consecutively 15 times...only Holmes and Louis had more title defenses
    He unified the division
No one else can say they unified the division, won the championship 3 times while defending it 15 straight times.
He was tall, strong, smart and powerful and beat everyone in his era.

Only Ali, Louis, Holmes and possibly Foreman could rightfully be placed ahead of him IMO

Ithink his jab was probably on a par of Holmes, and there's no bigger compliment than that. I'd put Lewis just outisde the Top 5 of all time great heavies.

Top ten, possibly top five. He wasn't the most exciting guy to watch but he had power, reach, good skills and smarts and an awesome jab.

great fighter, unified the division, made defenses faced a good level of competition and bought unity to the glamour division in boxing. even when you dont talk about his accomplishments in terms of defenses and unifying the belts his style, reach, jab, power and skill set were on par with other great heavyweights.

i think his jab was on par with holmes, imo the most underrated part of lennox's armoury was his chin, iwhen he was fighting he was often accused of being chinny but looking back on it he has taken shome shots flush from big punchers and stayed on his feet.

          imo top 5 without doubt.

does anyone know of any other boxers who have fought once being indicted into the HOF - SRL is one i think.

I will go out on a limb and say top 5 for me. His combination of Skill and Size would be hard for anyone to overcome.

I will even put a prime Holyfield top 10 mainly due to his tenacity and heart.
