I can't imagine you ever thought for a moment that this thread would conclude without that getting mentioned.

    Barrera-Morales II

How soon we forget the Andrade-Bute fiasco. It wasn't a robbery because Bute was winning on the cards, but he should've been counted out or ref stoppaged because, well, we've all seen it.

Word... good to see someone else on this forum who doesn't start a thread, hoping that someone says their fighter so they can start a huge argument about it...

I think we've talked about Morales-Espadas I before, and I'll leave it at that...

There is nothing more irritating than someone who comes into a thread like this, doesn't add a fight that falls under the criteria of the topic and just argues about their favorite fighter.

A Mayweather fan will quote whoever said Castillo I in a few posts and talk about how Mayweather easily won that fight, easy work, one armed, etc. etc. etc.

Props to you for being one of the few boxing fans on the site, and not fighter fans.

          Cheers, thats not me DWiens421

I think Dawson is potentially the best fighter out there at the momenet if his chin can hold up which it may not do against the bigger hitters.

I do like his style though the movement and speed flashy combos etc

The chin is a question mark, and to be honest, I think he gets hit just a bit too much for a slickster...

He reminds me of Andre Berto...

It's a drastic comparison, but... too much offensive concentration, and not enough defensive concentration in my mind.

I'll bet you are a fan of Bradley too, aren't you?

              Nice thread idea.

              Pernell Whitaker vs DLH
              Ike vs DLH
              SSM vs DLH 2
              B-Hop vs Calzaghe

                I'll add Johnson-Tarver I...

I was pretty surprised that Johnson got that decision. I thought Tarver took that fight going away.

I think Dawson's problem is not that he is bad defensively i think its more a case of when you are 6'3 its hard to be illusive because you are a bigger target any shot over the top coming from underneath is going to be difficult to see let alone slip

IMO the best defence a tall fighter can have is the Lewis,Wladimir's type defence not trying to roll and slip shots the way Dawson like to do

Yep im a fan of Bradley aswelll how did you know besides the sig ?

I didn't even notice him on your sig...

Just because he fights the way Dawson would if he didn't make mistakes IMO...

He looked damn near perfect against Cherry last time out.
