either a draw or no contest. too lazy to look it up.

HBO was mad at agapito too.

they were trying to showcase pacquiao since they were pushing pacquiao as their guy at 122 (it was ledwaba but we all know what happened when he met manny)

they didn't have a good thing to say about agapito during or after the fight. he just kept roughhousing and throwing low blows and elbowing and leading with his head.
i just checked pacquiao's resume, and it was a technical draw.

Agapito was also deducted two points which led to the draw on the scorecards.

            Murder

Sánchez was pronounced dead on November 15, 2005 after being shot two days before by an off-duty police officer in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Sanchez died at a Santo Domingo hospital hours after surgery to remove two bullets from his stomach. Sanchez was shot by an officer in the Dominican air force. "A mob then chased and beat the officer, whom police identified as Sgt. Diogenes Nova Rosario".
            Damn, RIP.

I think that was a draw because it went enough rounds. I remember Pacquiao losing rounds to that guy, so not a very good performance.

and honestly it's fights like the one against Sanchez that keep me from ever ranking Pacquiao above Mayweather. sure, Pacquiao wasn't as good at the lower weights, but he had fights where he struggled. Mayweather never really struggled with anybody except Castillo and that was with one arm for 11 rounds. to get ahead of Mayweather in my book, Pacquiao would have to win titles in 6 or 7 divisions

different styles of fighters , diego.

floyd had his dad and uncles teaching him since birth.

manny had to learn fighting in pro fights instead of amateur fights.

as far as the agapito fight......hard to look good when your opponent is leading with his head , elbowing , lowblowing and giving you a charlie horse.

anybody can have a bad night. anybody can have an ugly fight.
