Still DLH. He's done as a fighter, but GBP has mad clout wit all their money, contracts wit fighters, and ties to HBO.

It's been rumored that GBP's ties to HBO aren't as strong now with DLH losing the way he did to Pacquiao, HBO always considered DLH as their cash cow, if they had a bad year, they always had DLH to boost their numbers but they don't have that anymore so GBP's ties aren't as strong as they used to be which could open doors to more promoters getting dates on HBO.

Bernard "The Executioner" Hopkins is the most influential figure in boxing right now.

He's the most influential figure because he refuses to yield to his age.
He hasn't been caught up in any major scandals.
He still fights at a competative level.
He turned something negative into a positive and he practices what he preaches.
                He's exciting to watch.
He's not that much of a dirty fighter.
                He was the jailhouse champ.
He never went back to prison.
