Thanks for the constructive criticism guys, I may make a version 2 that has some of the fight's commentary. About the music, I can't change it now because the vid is specifically tailored for it, how I edit is I pick a song first and then build around it. I didn't really think about it not being a fight-friendly song until you guys brought it up. I have another Pacquiao highlight that features mainly rap/hip-hop and I thought I'd change it up a little.

I do think that the some of the angst-y vocals can relate to DLH though, with lines like:

"fear and panic in the air"
"I can't get it right... since I met you"
"when will this loneliness be over"

in my opinion... right after the Dela Hoya vs Pacquiao (While Buffer is saying "lets get ready tooo rumbleee) thats wehre that song should've been stopped.... and then another song could've been used....for variety.

          Its a good intro song

            dlh-forbes fight summary
"De La Hoya attacked from the opening bell, and the fight soon settled into a predictable pattern, with De La Hoya stalking Forbes and punishing him with combinations to the body and head. Late in the second round, De La Hoya unleashed a five-punch combination that backed up Forbes, causing a small trickle of blood to drip from his nose. Forbes was rarely able to get inside De La Hoya’s reach or mount any sustained attack. Both boxers boxed at a high technical level, but De La Hoya was simply too fast, too strong, and too skilled for Forbes, as he pitched a near shut-out on the scorecards against the outgunned Forbes. "

that was only 7 months ago and he didn't fight like a shot fighter. wtf could have happened between then and now? I just don't get it. I'm not surprised at pac winning, I'm just surprised at the way he won. I am still very mind boggled.

well seems Oscar wasnt no Mexican, he to soft and couldn't survive nacho's old school Mexican regiment. Pretty much they saying nacho over trained him for this fight, thats the new excuse anyway.

                cool idea...

somebody should do a dlh/forbs and a dlh/pac vid to show how dlh got "shot" in 7 months...

I know this is kind of late, but I made some edits to the original version taking some of the suggestions in this thread. I posted verson 1.5 in the first post, and I'll do it again in this one for you lazy people

                  Changes:
                  -Few video edits
                  -Added fight commentary
-Added footage of DLH quitting on his stool

Sorry but I didn't change the music, it would've taken too much effort to do so.

I also have a downloadable version in glorious 1920x1080 HD resolution. If interested please let me know, thanks!

                      Great!

Nice vid, I thought DLH didn't threw any punches?but some of the clips in this video shows Oscar throwing punches but couldn't land Pac.
