so Oscar wasnt acting, and 24/7 wasnt editing!

Rememer 24/7...how Pac was looking confident and focused, training hard and pushing it in sparring, and how all his camp looked in good spirits with jokes and stuff.

And then you had Hoya's camp...his black eye in first episode, 2 trainers being called in ( Nacho and the mighty Angelo D ), the story of Ortiz being fired because apparently ruffed Oscar, Oscar looking sloppy on the double end bag, his new sparring partners looking as going easy on him...hell Oscar even called Bernard in the last days to give him advice.

Despite him in interviews talking on how he was feeling young again and everything, in camp his eyes were actually telling the truth, he was looking insecure, something wasnt going the way it should have gone. I thought it was his way of selling a mismatch like it was a competitive fight, and i thought 24/7 editors were following the script. But that wasnt the case.

When Ortiz was laughing after his win on the same night, when asked about De La Hoya , and when they told Oscar was weighting 147 (no balooning up as usual for him) i started connecting everything and knew already how the fight would go the other way around than i thought.

Yup. That black eye during a sparring session is what caught my eye.
It seemed like DLH was training hard trying to prove something to himself. I think he was doing too much.

Plus, Mario Lopez was on the show. No disrespect to Lopez, but c'mon training with a soft ass actor? What does that do?

Pac's camp was definately more in-tune and focused.

You can just tell sometimes. That's why i felt bad for DLH. No one would believe me when i said Pacquiao was gonna eat him up. Pacman is gonna gobble up Hatton as well.

now that would've been something noteworthy if you predicted that before the fight...
