Floyd mayweather jr: Not thinking pacquiao dream match, boxing

    according to b o x i n g t a l k Mayweather isn't thinking about a return to fight Manny,,,

"Sources close to former undefeated pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr have informed **********.com that despite Manny Pacquiao's sensational stoppage victory over Oscar De La Hoya, the pound for pound Picasso has zero interest in returning to the ring to face the current pound for pound king. "Floyd's not even thinking boxing right now," said our source. It should be interesting to see if the public's interest in the bout and the pocketbooks of powers that be can entice Mayweather to make this dream match a reality."

He's certainly thinking about it. He's too egotistical to not want to come back and beat Manny.

That's a good way of looking at it. I think Pac has a chance of beating Floyd and I think Floyd knows it as well.

If Pac did what Hatton & etc did and called him out, we might see some serous talk materialize. But, Pac isn't that sort of a person, he just fights who they put in front of him.

Roach will play a big part in who Pac fights next.

The longer he leaves it the better chance Pacquiao has, because he will aquire more ring rust and he is getting older by the day.

That statement says "I'm posturing for the big piece of the $$$." If we keep talking about it, then they must come. And when they come, the $$$ has to be worthwhile for me to give off the couch. Classic posturing!!!

Pac-man is the only person who i can see beating Mayweather. Margarito is too slow and I can't see Williams being much better.

I have no doubt that if Manny gets passed Hatton (which Im sure he will), A Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight can and will happen.

The names alone can sell the fight, but the storyline would add that much more.

The end of a decade, the 2 best fighters in the world fighting to see who really is the best, Pacquiao beating Floyd's last 2 opponents, HBO 24/7, Las Vegas, sell out crowd...need I go on?

It's still a while away, but the fight just makes too much sense not to happen.
