Leonard Ellerbe: "Pacquaio Can Fight Floyd If He Gets One More Major Win"

Ellerbe, "Pacquaio has good wins but only one major win on a major show, therefore he needs another to go along with that one. Sure he can fight Floyd if he gets one more major win. Look Manny is a good fighter and we are not taking anything away from him, but we have seen Manny lose before, knocked out, and you can't say that about Floyd, I said what I said bye".

That may be leverage just to get a better percentage on the fight say maybe 65/35 or 60/40, surely nobody is buying Floyd wouldnt fight Manny now considering what we have been hearing the past day or so, I guess he was referring to the losses early in his career.

On the contrary, Floyd, can fight Pac if he wins over P-Will, Cotto or Margarito.

Having losses and being knocked out doesn't help. Having fighters on your resume that floyd could have whiped the floor with doesn't help. Losing to a Past prime Morales doesn't help. Fighting Marco after he had wars with Morales doesn't help.

For Floyd: fighting Oscar when he did doesn't help...except for the money and popularity thing. Having a poor legacy at 147 doesn't help. Fighting the likes of Mitchell and Judah, two fighters Tszyu destroyed doesn't help.
Fighting like a 36+ year old Hopkins and on the slide Roy Jones doesn't help.

I like how Manny fights and enjoy his fights.

Floyd; I liked you below 147; you were fun to watch.

To Floyd's boy...if this is true: WTF are you talking about?

How long ago was this quote; recent?; and is there a source

Manny can fight Floyd right now with no problem. One more fight is b.s. He can fight Hatton, but what will that prove? He beat another fighter Floyd alreay beat and actually knocked out.

He just beat Oscar. No matter where Oscar was at, for popularity purposes, for hype, this is all he needs.

Plus, one more fight for Manny means June next year; which means, more time in the inactivity department for Floyd.

I need a source to varify; a legit source.

The rumor was Floyd was ready to come out...so how could this be true?
Although, the other is just a rumor as well

I'd actually give Floyd a slight nod at the moment.

I truly don't think Pacquiao is going to be desperately seeking a fight with Mayweather. The Mayweather camp will at like its MANNY who has to go through hoops for Mayweather, but I got the feeling the Pacquiao camp is blase blase(?) about this fight. If it happens, it happens, if not, they got Hatton and Marquez.
