              williams isnt a welterweight anymore..hes the wbo 154 interim champ..and manny shouldnt be ranked at 147 for beating oscar who wasnt even ranked at 147

                                  Only Q is, why has Manny been ranked at the division he just fought in right away, Mosley wasn't?

                                  Why hasn't PW managed to retain his ranking in any other division like those 2?

                                  Plenty of other examples but there's clearly no set rules and is decided at least somewhat subjectively.
