    Is Sam Soliman a top 10 MW considering how weak the division is?

    I have to put him just inside my top 10.

    I was shocked when I looked at Raymond Joval's record that he was ranked in the top 10 when McGirt Jr. curbstomped him.

    Soliman has a win over him, so...

    I don't know.

    Maybe... But even so... the top 10 of middleweight is like the top 20 of any division that is not 154 and 140.
