In my opinion, about the only advantages that Floyd can claim over Pacman is height and reach, beyond that, none. If they fight at 140, Floyd will kiss the canvas before it's all over.

Many of you guys are having an ****** when Floyd's skills are being talked about. He's slick, he's this, he's that, he will kick Pacman's ass and this and that, well you are in for a rude awakening if this fight happens. You only see Pacman's offensive prowess, and you belittle his defensive capabilities. I really don't know if you're all a boxing fan. You didn't even noticed Pacman's very, very much improved defense. He doesn't usually care being hit, specially fighting somebody his own size just to get a few licks of his own, but his last 2 fights were he was well aware that he was against much, much bigger boxers, he slips, he moves from side to side, he feints more than ever. Oscar was whiffing all night, you know why? Pacman doesn't want to get hit anymore. Why risk being hit when you can hit your opponent without getting anything in return. He found out it was a much better proposition for him. He hasn't lost a round since the David Diaz fight. Oscar's flurries was well read and before it arrives, Pacman was well on his way to Starbucks to get his Caramel Machiatto. There were times in that fight Pacman can't get out of harm's way, he uses his gloves to cover up, parry incoming body shots with his elbow, uses his shoulders to deflect hooks, and bounce out of harm's way. You think the only good defense is slipping and sliding while your opponents hands are whizzing by you? How about making your opponent miss so badly that it makes him look like he's in slow motion while you're going warp speed?

You would also probably think that Floyd will lure Pacman through the ropes and counter him from there, that's easier said than done when both of your opponents hands are raining down on you, and Pacman ain't dumb either, he goes in and out now, just like what he did against De La Hoya. He 's not the careless boxer we used to know, not unlike before were he goes gung-ho and tries to finish his opponent like he was suppose to go to a strip party afterwards. The days of the one-dimensional Pacman with limited defense is now passe.

Y'all better wake up and smell the coffee if you think Li'l Floyd will serve a can of ass-whooping on Pacman...

**** I've been calling for this fight since last October after Manny weighed in at 144lbs for the Barrera rematch.

Back then the Pac fans said I was nuts, and Floyd was too big for him, etc...

Now they have to put up or shut up.

It's the other way around, heard of this? "Anytime, anywhere"...

Yeah, it would be huge at that point!!! A year ago, I would have laughed at the idea of this fight but now I must admit, I'm very interested in this fight.
