It sounds like the reporter asked him whether he'd accept a challenge from pac and he basically said he'd show him who's the true welterweight if challenged. MP will never fight at 147 again... he's never fought the best at 135 or 147. His opponents are selected very carefully - i.e. not in their prime and not the best in the weight class. MP dares to step in Margarito's domain, his ass is fair game.
