theirs a differnce between training to losing weight and training to fight

DE LA HOYA'S whole training camp was a "training to lose weight aerobics" camp, not training to fight.

Oscar's weight was already low even before the start of the promotions for the "Dream Match". He maintained his weight since the Forbes fight and was keeping in shape for Mayweather so making weight wasn't his focus.

I thought he was coming in at 155 on fight night though. Going 160+ is ****** but going in on the welter limit is also foolish on his part.
