Cotto have loss only one and have a better resume than Margarito. Cotto was #3 or #4 P4P when Margaritdo beat him and Margarito wasnt even a top 20 P4P. Putting Margarito above of Cotto, Is like if Hatton beats Pac an you put Hatton over Pac.
