I will say that on a 0 - 10 scale where at 135lb Pac and JMM are 10, and where at 154lbs Chavez jr is a 6, Oscar yesterday at 147 was like a 5 fighting againts pacquiao (135lb 10 or 147lb 8.5) that combination led to what happened. Probably a Berto - Pacman at 147lbs can be competitive, but not a margarito or mayweather vs pacquio, thats like a 10 - 8.5. Oscar was one time a 10 at 147lb, a long time ago. I dont give a 10 to pacquiao at 147lb because if he figths against a 10 welter, height and strengh will be a problem.
