Calzaghe vs. Marquez' 2008 should be the better question.

Why's everyone trying to discredit Calzaghe? I'm not doubting Pac-man had a better year, but you guys act as if Calzaghe had never accomplished anything. Remember, Calzaghe is aging to, he's what, 35-36 years old? That's about how old DLH is and Calzaghe is still a great fighter.

          LOL.

          Eubank was 31, Kessler 28, Lacy 28.

Reid Late 20's, Bika (yes Bika) Late 20's, Omar Sheika late 20's, Byron Mitchell-30, Charles Brewer-33, Richie Woodhall-32

Joe Calzaghe's resume is good, not great, anyway you slice it.

how many fighters in their 40's has dlh faced? Calzaghe has accomplished nothing in my eyes. The only legit victory for him is still out there(Dawson) but he is choosing to retire. He hasn't a single great win in his career.

                He is actually.

A guy who cleans out a division and come to a point when he has no obvious guy to fight despite holding all the aces is pretty special.

You can slice through anyones resume like that you seem to be comparing him to DLH but DLH which is obviously a flawed comparison from the get go.

Joe has been a dominant fighter for well over a decade.
