No. If the guy has retired, he has retired. Nobody accused Mayweather of ducking Pacquiao before he did, indeed nobody had even considered such a fight.
If Floyd came back and turned down an offer to fight Pacquiao he might be accused of ducking him, but as the only reason anybody is even talking about him coming back at the moment is to fight Pacquiao, the scenario seems rather irrelevant.Comment

It would be unfair to for anyone to think that he is if he just doesn't have the drive or fire to fight again. But lets say, Pac beats Hatton and Floyd comes out of retirement and fights Hatton, then a case could be made.Comment
