This is a great stand-in. Incredible you idiots are complaining. It's way better than Torres versus that Thai fighter Sum Dum Kunt.

Boxings biggest problem is its idiot fans. You're all a pack of arseholes.

I was looking forward to the trilogy bout, but this is a great alternative. I can't believe you idiots are complaining. Much better than Holt versus that Thai fighter, Sum Dum Kunt.

You're all a pack of arseholes.

I think they are complaining because even it would be about an even fight, the fact that Hopkins has like no training for it means that he will be a heavy underdog, and it is good matchup that will be wasted because of Ricardo Torres.

That said, I think Kendall Holt isn't actually very good, but... I think he can beat a young, inexperienced, short notice Demetrius Hopkins... although I hope not.

I was looking forward to this weekend for a while, and Thompson and Torres both pull out. Hell Povetkin pulled out too. Weird. All the fights were interesting. Now they're all weak.

wouldnt miss Torres-Holt 3 for nothing....couldve seen a better and a lot more careful Torres, not the desperate one from the last fight....

All things considered you've got to give props to Top Rank for salvaging the card and keeping it at least slightly interesting. I am concerned though. Neither DHop or Holt are usually very exciting fighters. That coupled with the fact that for some bizarre reason Showtime is showing a Yuri Foreman fight as the undercard spells disaster for the show.

This is probably going to end up being a poorly thought out decision on Holt's part. Hopkins holds three amateur wins over Holt. Essentially, Holt is to Mosley as Hopkins is to Forrest.
