I respect Dela Hoya so much for saying he truly loves the sport. I hate dicls who say they do it just for the money or that they are sick of it. The exceptions being people like Sugar Ray who killed someone with a single punch and had to bare it on his conscience! If you don'tlike boxing **** off and buy stocks and share sor soemthing! Why is it that being 16,17,etc instantly means you lack knowledge of the sport ??


There are plenty of posters my age who have good knowledge.

Just because some posters are immature doesn't mean they are teenagers.

they could be any age, some guys just don't grow up.

But the way he talks, he is clearly a punk teenager that thinks he knows **** about which he has no idea. I live with one, I know how it goes.

I agree with this article.. I find it funny how a lot of people are saying De La Hoya has always been over rated because of his loss vs. Manny Pacquiao.
They forget that many champions have left the scene battered in the way Oscar was.
It's just the way things go.. Morales, Chavez, Ali, Leonard, Joe Louis and others all left the sport in the same type of manner but that doesn't or didn't make any of them over-rated.

true... pacquiao is just that good... the only ones calling dlh overrated are the ones who don't wanna give pac his props...
