    did the trilogy ruin izzy?

seems like juanma is fighting izzy. im not sure how much the trilogy took out of israel, but juanma looks like the goods. sure we havent seen him in a real fight but his power is undeniable, can he KO izzy?

I don't know if he's ruined, but he certainly has to be slowing down some. The Marquez trilogy was brutal, but when you factor in the Larios fights, the Gonzalez fight, and even the tough fight he was said to have against Marco Licona.......man, he has some wear n' tear on him.

I think Lopez will be too much for him to deal with. He'll make it tough, but it'll look like the Gonzalez fight without the dramatic comeback. I'll take JML by TKO with anyone who wants to throw down some points.

oh damn, i didnt realize theres already a thread on this, my badd, anyway my take on this....

if israel can weather the early juanma assault, i think he could win by stoppage, if not juanma by big KO.

I'm a huge Vazquez fan, but I won't be betting on him to beat Lopez. That said I won't bet against my boy Israel either.

It's just that trilogies like that ruin fighters, as beautiful as they are to watch, they almost always ruin both guys. Sometimes all it takes is just one brutal fight, look at Chico after the first Castillo fight, never really the same.

That said I'm backing my boy Israel even still, I just hope Lopez doesn't hit him too hard.

the trilogy is not an excuse.. Vasquez will never pass Juanma's punches.. too powerful for the mexican.. Juanma by KO in 3 rounds.. the only fighter that I see giving a decent fight to juanma is 135 JMM.. but I don't see him beating juanma neither.. if pacquiao wants some he can get assasinated too (Yes, Juanma will throw punches at him.. not like Oscar the statue) No chances at all with Juanma.. just too much for everybody

I'd like to see him in a fight before JuanMa, to give us an idea. And please make it versus someone who wont go to war, but not a pushover either. Doesn't he have a mandatory somewhere?
