I see no reason for Floyd to run from Manny. First off, he only "runs" against opponets who are clearly bigger men. And he'd be the bigger man against Pacquiao. Secondly, Floyd has a world class chin, probably one of the most underrated in recent years, he can take a good shot if he has to, he just prefers not to.

I see him fighting Manny in a similar way that he did Ricky Hatton, only with much less clinching.

As to who wins, I don't know. My gut says Mayweather, but I'm not sure that he will really prepare himself for it, how the layoff will effect him (if at all), or that if he doesn't want the money more than the win. I'd have to see him in training and interviews first before I decided.
