Why cant fellow mexican/chicano posters give Pacquiao Credit?

Mayan_sun, xcaret and ferocity, all three before the fight talk how pac will get murdered and all that ****, but when pacquiao wins they talk **** about him and downplay the win, dont make me bring your pre-fight quotes up and what you said before the fight bitches, now you discredit pacman later on, pacquiao is a fighter who started at 106 lbs and he jumped up divisions and beat a lot of good fighters. I guess SOME mexicans/chicanos will never like pacquiao because of what he does to their favourite fighters, will always remain sour g****s...

I'm a platano so I ain't got nothing to do with it. But I'd like to say one thing

It is hard to give Pac credit for beating that version of DLH...I mean could we really say that was a fight or Pacman hittin the punching bag

Pac started at 106 lbs, Oscar has fought at Middleweight...He was an underdog, and everyone expected pacquiao to get KTFO, including yourself, be honest.

De La Hoya tried... Pacquiao was too fast... Watch the fight again.... Pacquiao controlled the distance and was bouncing around and never gave De La Hoya square footing to not take a risky punch... Pac did his homework and improved... All I can say is watch the fight again and study it instead of just making brash assessments of a fight that you were biased againts to begin with... How can Pacquiao beat De La Hoya? He did... so it must be anything but skill because it did not end up the way you thought... Please.... Watch it again...

Damn right I was but I wanted Pac to win and I'm happy it happend. Still...That wasn't DLH...

Why don't we all give Calzaghe and Tarver credit for beating RJJ. As a matter of fact...DLH looked 3x worse then RJJ looked against Calzaghe. You know what I mean? So it is very hard to give Pac credit as much as I'd like to. All in all, Pac has accomplished alot and is a great fighter...Best believe I'll never **** on the guy

But last night was nothing to be proud about

I give Pacquiao all the credit in the world. I thought he would get killed by any version of Oscar but it turned out Manny's a better boxer than I thought
