      No, Roy Jones Jr. folllowed by Money May got that title. Manny is a great fighter though & he still got more boxing to do so anything is possible.

        No. Morales beat him, JMM beat him twice and got robbed, and Oscar took a dive. Had he fought MAB or Morales a few years earlier he would have gotten badly beat up by both. JMM wins 10 or 11 rounds in the first fight and lost somehow, and he clearly won the 2nd fight as well.
