I've sparred dehydrated before but never fought more then 3 rounds and it was very hard.
He did it to himself. He could have weighed in at 147 and then rehydrated to as big as he wanted to. He really should have weighed in at 147 and weighed in the high 150s during the fight. He probably wouldn't have been so sluggish and he may have even stolen a round or two and possibly could have made it to the end. We'll never know though because he starved himself and weighed in at such a light weight and got his ass handed to him.

Oscar just did too much diet, and too much running maybe. Too much cardio work. Look at his skinny legs, no wonder why there was no power behind his punches and he was not explosive. But he didnt look much better against Forbes really. Pacquiao made Oscar look slow and ordinary, thats it. Even if he would have fought at 160, i dont think he wouldnt have won either, but it wouldnt been so one sided and Pacquiao wouldnt have stopped him.

He didn't lose water weight. His strange diet of deer and kangaroo helped him lose weight, but it affected his speed, power, stamina. Props to Manny though.

It's too hard to say, but it's possible he would have had more fight in him. Maybe would have been able to bully Paq a little more and mix in his reach in the process. As for how long he would have lasted, who knows.

dlh did it his damn self, no one forced him... this fight was a lose lose situation from the jump.

stop trying to make excuses, dlh got his ass kicked end of story.

at the end of the day he stilll had the reach, height, and power advantage

DLH was only going to be fined mad money only if he came in overweight. Meaning if he didn't make weight at the scales ala Guzman.

147 was obviously his walk around weight.

I knew he was gonna get fined for weighin in higher than 147, but unofficially how the **** could there have been a regulation on it? I never heard that.
