Has there ever been a major US PPV without an American?

I imagine there has at some point between two Mexicans or something, right? I know we separate them out in nationalistic fight reasoning, but Puerto Ricans are Americans so that rules out most of the fights I immediately think of. The reason I ask is because of Manny and Hatton. Without a doubt that fight will be PPV in the US and sell very well, 500k plus, and I think it is entirely unprecedented.

If I am wrong it HAS to be the first major US PPV without a North American fighter. A Filipino versus a Brit on major US boxing PPV. It is amazing.
