Did Pacquiao seal his legacy as best fighter in his era?

Meaning he pushes Mayweather out the picture as the best fighting in the last 10 years or so?

Mayweather needs to fight pacquiao to protect his legacy. If he dosent want to fight Margarito, no problem.

    Fight pacquiao the smaller man

Pac is an all time great now. As far as accomplishments and caliber of opposition I would say manny surpasses maywether but if they got in the ring I would still favor mayweather. Styles make fights.

This really has to be settled by fighting each other. I don't really think Pacman can beat Hatton at 140 as of right though. And he does have to get through him if he wants to bring Mayweather out of retirement.
