Hatton wins this fight for me. People are quick to put Hatton down but pacman will try and make this a war. That would be a bad decision as anyone who has ever tried to have a war with Hatton has been soundly beaten. Pacman has NEVER experienced the pressure Hatton will bring and pacman is not that hard to hit either

This will be Hattons big chance to cement his legacy. He can come in with as many fat suits as he wants but he has to produce the goods in the ring. He must get xmas out of the way and totally dedicate himself to this fight, no eating **** or going on the lash.
If hatton loses against pac he will kick himself till the day he dies

Remember bud styles make fights, all Hatton has to do is get close to Pacquiao and if he can get close to Floyd's backward running he can get close to the little man.

People forget Hatton is quick and can cut off the ring fairly easily. He's also willing to walk through shots.

AND...he's going to be in front of 100,000 people, thats enormous for a boxing crowd.
But.... Hatton can't trade punches with Pacman, Hatton goes forward like Oscar, Pacquiao uses his legs and makes him turn. This is if Hatton is coming forward, if he doesn't Pacquiao will just pull a severe beating on him. Hatton's got a puncher's chance but i admire him for taking these fights, if he does it. He could have been a Marciano easily, but instead he's looking for a Lennox Lewis, substance. I just don't think he can beat the version of Manny Oscar fought. Only a very special fighter can beat Manny and he's retired right now.

if one look how pac demolished delahoya, one would probably think twice why a hatton-pacman would be a mismatch.

while hatton is a good boxer, he's not a kind of boxer who can match pac's wit, much less precision and ability to fight. hatton is not a thinking boxer. his concern is only to attack his foe leaving his defense open. we have seen a lot of hatton in ugly boy floyd's fight. hatton was short-tempered and let his emotions rule over him when he gets hit. ugly boy floyd was hitting hatton with his head and occasionally used his elbow to distract him. when emotions rule over hatton, that's his end... that's what happened to him with ugly boy floyd.

but arum wants more money out of pac in the same way that pac is also getting more millions into his pocket out of a hatton fight. but this is not a fight that would give boxing fans the worth of their money...

it should be ugly boy floyd-pacman... the real treat in 2009.

Hatton doesn't have the chin for Pacman anymore. What Lazcano did to Hatton would be magnified 10 fold.

He looked good against Paulie because Paulie cant punch.

                hatton v pacman

good fight!!! pacman showed good movement in his fight with oscar. I see him out boxing hatton. hatton will apply the pressure and pacman will become the sharpshooter like he was against oscar. hatton has made some improvements but pacman's improvements were tremendous in the fight; that was definitely the best i have seen him look. mayweather stands a better chance of beating pacman. after all, he did knock ricky's ass out.

nah I think hatton can trade w/ pac as long as he's dishing as good as he's getting he'll win.

hatton could get turned but I bet hatton resorts to mauling and using his strength to beat pac up along the ropes... trust me if you back pac up you can beat pac.

i agree that hatton's hot-head and his love for beer and food might decrease his chances to beat pac, but pac has never been pressured like hatton can pressure... hatton just bulls his way forward... either pac catches him coming in and KTFO hatton or hatton mauls pac along the ropes w/ his mma style.

pac's power and speed is pretty damn good but I think hatton might be able to smother pac.
