we should all stop making size excuses now

i admit i was dead wrong on dlh pacquiao i said dlh would tko in 8 turned out just the opposite.....but thats cuz i picked on size...now i must recognize as long as the contract is signed its fair game as there the same size....down to skills and determination

now i know haye will beat wlad because he is mentally strong and knows wlad dont like movement and pressure.....still unsure about vitali cuz he stood in there with a broken eye in a title fight

"Good big man always beats the good little man" still applies to everyone else except Pacman, Duran and Armstrong.

exactly. Pacquiao is an anomaly. Oscar should have steamrolled him but didn't, so either Oscar is one of the most overrated fighters of all time or Pacquiao is one of the greatest of all time. I think it can be both. Pacquiao and Mayweather should both be top 10 all time or right outside it based on what they have done over 5-6 weight classes.

Oscar is a bit overrated, but Pac is one of the very best fighters you'll ever see in boxing

STOP MAKING SIZE EXCUSES???? IF SIZE OR WEIGHTS (is what you really mean) DIDN'T MAKE A DIFFERANCE, IN BOXING, THERE WOULDN'T BE WEIGHT CLASSES!!!!! YOUR JUST BI*CHING CAUSE YOUR HERO GOT SLAPPED AROUND AND STOPPED BY A MUCH SMALLER FIGHTER!!!

see this isn't a case of little or big, I TOO felt Oscar could possibly prove too big for Pac man even though I picked Pac man to win. this boiled down to fresher and older, the fresher fighter beat the older fighter every single time to the punch, simple as that. size DOES matter in fights where BOTH fighters bring equal amount youth to the game, like Margarito-Cotto for instance, it could have been the same fight but if Margarito was SMALLER he wouldn't have gotten that, he would have been easier to tag by Cotto but his size and strength made the difference, he was able to tower over Cotto and give him trouble. height DOES matter it just depends on who's fighting who..

Ironically it was the size that hurt Oscar (having to squeeze into that frame), rather than affecting Pacquiao.
