Pacman doesn't beat Cotto or Marg IMO. They're too fresh of fighters with a ****load of power and in the case of Cotto, speed.

Cotto vs Pacman would be very entertaining, but against Marg it may be too much.

Based on what? The only guy who has moved up in weight and taken on Williams is Sharmba Mitchell and he wasn't exactly unstoppable at 140 lbs (given losses to Kostya Tszyu x 2 and Floyd Mayweather).
