there was some backdoor arrangement made betwen oscar, freddie, and mayweather. oscar was scheduled to fight mayweather. woops all of a sudden he retires. mayweather probably either gets a percentage of this fight or an agreement to fight manny next for a mega payday.

why was freddie so confident? offering not to be paid if manny loses? would a trainer really do this and turn down millions? and where did all the bad blood between oscar and freddie come from? probably manufactured as after the fight they are best of friends again.

oscar looked horrible and wasn't even competitive for the first time in his career. did he get shot overnight? very unlikely. oscar took some punishment and didn't get hurt too bad before quitting. suspect but an easy way out. manny becomes a huge star. the plan works.

oscar actually seemed happy that manny won and when asked if he expected it he said yes he did expect this to happen. in the end it equals more money and more storylines for the soap opera known as boxing.

i probably will be killed for revealing their plan but someone has to know.

I thought Oscar wanted to fight Hatton next?

To sum it all, Pacquiao is best fighter in this era.

This makes little since. Here are there the two scenarios.

            A) Oscar throws the fight and based on his performance will never likely fight again just so he can make some good money promoting a single upcoming fight.

            B) Oscar wins impressively where he can continue to to be involved in big PPV events as the promoter AND fighter.

Even if a fight between Pacman-Hatton or Mayweather would be bigger than any potential fight DLH could get himself, chances are he's still going to make money on a smaller draw if he's the fighter as well as the promoter.

                3. He'll still probably fight Hatton anyways.
                4. I dont think hes shot, he looked good against Mayweather and Forbes and he hasnt taken much punishment in his career.

So people keep asking "why would he throw the fight?" Because theres more money to be made in a Pacquiao - DLH fight than the alternative.

Im a huge Paquiao fan and hate DLH, but this was a thrown fight.
Are you just trying to come up with excuses for die hard De lahoya fans or just don't want to give Pac the credit he deserved?

If oscar is greedy, why would oscar let pac fight hatton when oscar would earn much more if oscar will fight hatton himself..
