thats the thing, if other fighters would have had the same issues, then id care, but they didint.

Of course something isn't right - that much was obvious. But it's not the first time. See Gatti-Gamache on the undercard of (interestingly enough) De La Hoya-Coley. There were a lot of issues with weight/scale for both fights.

thats not a big deal at all actually. boxers gain way more than that overnight a lot, rehydrating can gain you about 3 pounds and having a good sized dinner can make up the rest.
exactly! I am aprox 200 pounds when I go to bed after a day of eating well and when I wake after a trip to the toilet I can weigh a good 7 pounds less. easily done!

Shut up. This is a legitimate complaint, there are rules for a reason and if De la hoya had the scales tipped to cheat then it is a big deal.

I weighed myself on my scale in the bathroom and then the kitchen and I had a 1.6 lb weight diff.
I think you'll find that your household scales wouldn't be precise anyway. The state comissioned scales should be exact.

I wouldn't put it past DLH and Goldenboy to rig the scales.
