Hard to tell. Neither are one punch KO guys, both are accumulation punchers. Margs is the bigger man, so it might be him, but if it is I certainly don't think it's by much. It's definitely debatable.

You can even tell from the TV Margarito's punches HURT! Heavy handed puncher, if Cotto had more power than Margo he could have kept him off coming all the time in the fight.

That has more to do with Tony's ability to take punches. We all know how hard Cintron punches and he ate those too. Using Margarito as a gauge for how hard someone punches is not accurate haha. The guy's chin is as good as I've ever seen.

I think with 1 punch it's Cotto, Margarito's punches look more like thudding punches that wear on a fighter as the fight goes on.
