The difference Margarito offered the same money but he had WBO title only.
Williams offered 2 million more and a chance for Margarito to avenge his loss and win ring title.

On the question about comparing 37 year old Mosley to Baldomir:
Is Mosley a 10 year undefeated Ring champion? No. So no. why should we drag this further than the fact range when facts on themselves are overwhelming is beyond me. Also Mosley is much older than Baldomir was. Baldomir is simple the best EVER out of Argentina, which has had quite a few good quality fighters.

Bottom line is Floyd Mayweather was indeed a VERY SPECIAL fighter, and as the time passes he leaves everyone else behind, not even being in the game anymore! wow. Of this whole modern era i think Floyd is the very best, i never had any doubts. In a time nearly everyone is either an Hall of Famer or ATG, Floyd is the one, deserving of these bragging rights. Bernard Hopkins and Jones have some to mind too but Oscar is more of a star than a fighter and he'll always shine better outside the rings. On pure skill (thus the best boxer,not the most accomplished) Floyd edges everyone imo, even prime Jones.

i dont know man...i like baldomir...but you thinks hes better than Monzon? the way i see it...margarito is doing the same thing williams did...even though williams beat margarito...it seems margaritos got the upper hand in negotiating the fight...so he'll fight whoever he wants first...then come back to williams when hes ready...

B. Mosley's name on Margo's resume will most likely bring in more money than a fight with Williams so this "Margarito is taking less money" bull**** is exactly that......bull****.

I DARE any Williams/Floyd fan to prove to me how Williams will bring in more money than Mosley. Floyd/Williams fans (one in the same) should be the FIRST fans to understand what Margo is doing because they've spent most of their fanship defending Floyd for it.

First of, Im not a Margarito fan and you know that. But your lack of debate skills cause you to resort to slander and lies so I know you will keep saying that I am. Second of all, you guys dug your own whole with this **** and you of all people are guilty of these "tactics".

Your weak ass argument is that Margarito is "scared" because he took less money for the Mosley fight than what was offered with the Williams fight, yet you know Mosley will ultimately bring in the most money as career investment. So Mayweather saying Cotto is not big enough was a career investment, Hoping Cotto becomes a big star meaning when the fought it would be a super fight. That is a career investment right??
