I think this is proof that Oscar could still make welterweight whenever he wanted too. People like to say he is a legit light middle/middleweight, he may have been fighting at that weight for the longest but it doesn't make him a legit middleweight... it just makes him fat lol
You could hella see the size difference between them though Pacquiao came in at 142!!
