From what I read he wasn't willing to fight Maccarinelli with only 3 days' notice so he didn't take the fight, he said he'd be willing to fight Maccarinelli if he gets enough time to prepare.

Hide would relish the chance to fight Maccarinelli with the right amount of notice

Warren has get to get Enzo an opponent.

There will be a riot if it is only Khan and a crap undercard.

Especially with the Cook and Foster JR fight being called off.
