I think if they made a De La Hoya/Zelenoff 24/7 then people would think Charlie has a chance. It's called hype folks.
People ask if De La Hoya v Pacquaio is as big as De La Hoya v Mayweather. The answer is no. Because De La Hoya LOST to Mayweather.
Hatton v Mayweather to me was a superfight. They were both fighters who were risking alot by taking each other on. I just don't get that with Oscar fights nowadays.
Why do fighters win one big fight and suddenly think they are pay-per-view material against anyone they wish? Yes, Margarito you beat Cotto. You looked great and I'm a fan. But I didn't forget you lost to Paul Williams, guess you did though.
Berto/Collazo? on HBO? Hmm..so because Berto's fighting a decent level fighter we should all be happy that he's taking A BIG STEP UP? He's fought like 3 times on HBO now and we finally get a decent match-up and it's against a fighter who has lost his last two times on the BIG NETWORK. We might as well let him step up against Sharmba Mitchell or Lovemore N'dou. Don't recall any of those guys winning a televised fight in a couple years.
Thank you.
