    i think dlh lived up to it, is just past his prime now, f**k it, when he was in his prime he was in there with the best of the time at the very begining, even if the pernel fight was bulls**t

      If Delahoya dominates or even knocks out Pac Man it aint gonna make a difference. He will still be looked at as just a bully in the fight and he will still lose a lot of respect from a lot of people.

          If De La Hoya is able to win by KO then go on to beat Hatton, I see him finishing 2009 and with a match against the winner of Cotto/Margarito.

            Oscar needs nothing, he's getting a grip on the boxing world with Golden Boy (is'nt Haton in bed with them as well now?), even if he does lose to Manny he will still make that super fight with Hatton IMO somehow i think

              guys remember when oscar fought whitaker in 1997 whitaker was 30 yrs old just like pacman/mayweather....so i gave ehim a lot of credit for winning that fight;
              when you mix business with boxing it changes everything, money means a lot
              in order to make fights happen IMO

                Whatever Oscar does, he loses this fight.

                  nah, the casual fans want a knock out too...

                  DLH must KO pac or he might as well just hang 'em up... if pac can go 12 rounds w/ dlh... then hatton has a better than average chance to upset dlh imho
