YOU ARE TRAINING IN GLOVES THAT ARE WAAAY SMALLER AND WAAAY LIGHTER THAN GLOVES YOU ACTUALLY FIGHT IN

terrible idea, you should focus on looking better in a fight than in training. Train with BIGGGER and HEAVIER gloves than you actually fight in.

Im not sure how many fights youve had or if your looking to fight but i mean a normal trainer shouldnt allow you to train in small gloves like that. And keep your hands that low. You should get a new trainer or something.
