How close was this fight to be Yankee Stadium?

I read this after the fight that they Arum wanted Cotto-Margarito in Yankee Stadium. He said MSG was the backup plan, but the fight was in Vegas. Are there any talks of the rematch in the new Yankee stadium?

Partially because Yankee stadium will no longer be Yankee stadium as we know it, and partially because of Las Vegas, there will never be a fight at a New Yok ballpark again, unless boxing popularity surges.
