Every company differs on their 401k policies and how much they match. let me tell you another thing don't ever take money out of your 401k unless you absoluetly have to. You will get taxed 40% of what you're taking out and you have to file that as earned income at the end of the year!!! So if you need to take out $1000 you're going to be out of $1,400 dollars!!

things are pretty different here...!! Puerto Rico doesnt work the same way the states....
