Either of these fights supposed to be even remotely competitive?

They could be, it's another step up for Jacobs, record wise, it's one of Ortiz' best opponents but Resto got knocked out by Maussa who Ortiz destroyed in a round, that was a couple of years ago though. I haven't seen them fight so I can't say for sure.

Pretty good card considering the main event though.
