Well, it's related..Tito was like number 4 P4P 1998, then they met after a year and instead of Tito getting P4P #1 status for the win, he just got to #3 from #4 and Oscar slid to #4 from #1.

Roy Jones and Floyd got #1 and #2 for beating so-so competition, while Trinidad didn't get the P4P nod for beating Whitaker and dela Hoya on the same year.
