I would lean towards Clottey, Cintron has all kinds of pop but Josh isnt the type of fighter that gets stopped by 1 punch.
Also Clottey is on a pretty good streak right now, Cintron has his TKO loss to Margarito sandwiched by two less than spectacular performances against that Jesse guy and N'Dou.

I think Clottey can win a UD, with is defense and counter punching he can win a UD. But dont count Cintron out, based on the Margarito fights. Styles makes fights, and even though Clottey have a very good chin, he aint Margarito, If Cintron lands flush a couple of times he could end the fight. But I doubt Clottey will allow Cintron to do so. I think Clottey wins a Decision, but not a pretty one.

Cintron seems to have problems with guys who can take his punches, his defense isn't the best and he's not a good inside fighter. Clottey has a good chin, nice defense and a very good inside fighter. I think Clottey wins by UD, but if he takes those shots that Margo took he's down.
