oh he has his haters as do most boxers. Ivan Calderon is the best techinically skilled fighter in the game, but JMM is the most creative combo puncher who mixes in well designed counters to go along with technical brilliance. That is why people love to watch JMM fight. I try to fight like him in the ring (don't even come close though) and will drop everything to go to or watch him fight.

He is obviously a very decent fighter but you must be his only fan on here?

I've seen almost anyone who lists a few favourite fighters has JMM on the list. To be fair he is never many people's favourite guy and he doesn't have people who will argue that he would beat king kong. But man, most all of us seem to like him.

I don't really Marg like that much, he is more skilled than given credit for but his main attribute is still that you can break a baseball bat over his chin and he'll still take it and uppercut one your teeth through your lip.


I wouldn't wait up till 5 a.m to watch him unless it is against another big gun.

My fourth favorite fighter. His resume is good, but I wish it was a littler stronger due to people (pinoys) who dislike him say he has only beat old men. It's kind of annoying.
