Well this is a fantasy match up, it based on your opinion. Williams is relentless and easily the better boxer.

I beg to differ, I think Angulo is the more complete package. He's got power/style and can jump from orthodox to southpaw with so much ease. I'm sorry bro but I gotta go with my boy Perro. I gotta give Williams it's props in one thing though, he's got a pretty decent beard.

Williams by decision, I don't think he'd be able to get Angulo out of there early and he starts punching open handed as a fight goes along, but I see him winning a pretty clear cut decision.

well Angulo has only 14 wins. Williams is more experienced and has just beat top5 JMW while Angulo has beat? So its safe to assume he should win, not that Angulo doesn't have the talent to do so, not sure if can yet.

OK, I can't argue with that since that is your opinion. Still believe Williams stops him under 10 easily

That could be the only advantage Williams has over Perro but other than that Angulo tags his ass easily.
