Mosley took quite a bit from Cotto in their fight, it wasnt as noticeable though because his head wasnt bouncing around from the punishment.
Margarito has one hell of a chin, and is tough as nails, thats for sure. I dont think his style of fighting is going to lead to a much longer career, however, and I see it being hard for him to continue his dominance far past his Cotto rematch or so.

At welter I think Mosely could have taken that kind of punishment...he probably wouldn't have won but he could take it. Mosely's a pretty damn tough guy.

IMO, those punches to Margs head had to effect him long-term wise. He took immense shots to the head - but he wasnt going to be denied that night. His career wont last long if he keeps it up.

I think a couple of guys could. I give Margarito a lot of credit for taking that many puches, but non of them where as hard as Cotto can hit. He was on the back foot all night potshoting Margarito. Watch the Pinto, Quinatna and Judah fight and you will see the difference of Cottos shots when they are fullforce. He didnt hit Margarito with a real hard puch, even though they look like hard punches.!!!!
