Seems to be the case. If he had hung around long enough fighting mandatories and whatnot I think he could have eventually embarrassed some of them into fighting him. But Tony and Cotto have schedules laid out until July, Clottey didnt seem to want the fight and Berto would be crazy to take it at this point. At 154 he isnt quite as physically monstrous compared to the other fighters, and with the depth in that division he seems to have a better opportunity for building his name and thus drawing power.

I'm a real Pwill fan not just a brokenhearted PBF hugger, and you my nig Larry, but this **** is gettin ridiculous. Marg has 2 fights already lined up wit SSM and Cotto, who's fightin Jennings. Berto and Collazo are fightin. CQ just fought above 147, but mighta still fought him a 3rd time. Cintron just fought what I think was an IBF eliminator, but I ain't heard **** about a fight wit him and Clottey, so those 2 were available also.
