williams is not the bigger name between Shane and Williams. Williams isnt a draw anywhere at least Shane can draw a little bit (not as much as Tony). Williams needs to be on cards where others are the draw

he was never offered the fight. Not from Goossen Tutor not from Top Rank. His manager has told me several times that Tony does indeed want to fight Williams as it is his biggest thorn in his side but also wants to make as much money as he can before he retires, which isnt too far away.
