Roach telling Pacquiao to brawl in the first round?

What do you think he means by this and if he means to go out and brawl, is that bad advice?

I don't think he means he wants Pacquiao to brawl, I think he wants Pacquiao to hit DLH hard in the first round with something just to let him know that Pacquiao means business, don't know if he can do that though.
